Signing Up - New families

Welcome to Region 70!
We hope you enjoy becoming a part of the
AYSO soccer family in West LA.

Please read EVERYTHING on this page VERY carefully.
Dates and times of registration are specified below.

To register a new player you must:
1) Show documentation to prove your child’s age, e.g., birth certificate, passport. We do not need to keep a copy.
2) Click here to complete a New Player Questionnaire and hand it in,
3) Complete the following 5 items:

i) Player Registration Form completed on the eAYSO website (will be available after April 15) with 1 (one) day your child CANNOT practice(except U6 players) specified in the "List the name of any sibling ..." box in the "Step 3. Player Info" screen. Please print 2 copies, sign both and bring them to registration.

Please note:
* We, Region 70, West LA, do not manage the eAYSO website.
* For instructions on how to use eAYSO, please click here.
* Mac users beware, the eAYSO website can be problematic, but the eAYSO website has special instructions for you. If you need help with the eAYSO website or have forgotten your login details, please send an e-mail to eAYSO Support.

ii) Region 70, West LA Volunteer Form (1 for each player being registered),
iii) Region 70, West LA Kids Zone Form (1 for each player being registered),
iv) Check for $150, $175 after May 22 and $200 after June 19, per player, $25 discount per player for the second and subsequent player(s) per family, made out to AYSO Region 70 (one check per player please), and
v) Our Region 70 checklist.

Also, please be reminded:

* We are unable to form teams based on friendships and carpool needs. With 1,200 children in our program, it is just not practical,

* Registration is not complete until you deliver all of the required documents and fees to one of our registration days AND you complete the online player registration form.
