Attending the Makeup Registration Day to be held on Saturday, August 2, 2008 at the Cheviot Hills Recreation Center, Rancho Park from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
OR
submitting your paperwork (see below) in the mail no later than Friday, August 1.
You need to:
a) Update the player's registration form at http://www.eayso.org, and
b) Update/complete the volunteer form, if applicable (coaches, referees, monitors, board members) at http://www.eayso.org,
c) Complete the Region 70 forms as follows:
| 1) Region 70 checklist to ensure that you have ALL of your
registration items, |
| 2) Region 70, West LA Volunteer Form (1 for each player being registered). Please submitted the completed page only, |
| 3) Region 70, West LA Kids Zone Form (1 for each player being registered). Please submitted the completed page only, |
| 4) Check for $100 per player for the first two players, $90 per player for the third and subsequent player(s) per family, made out to AYSO Region 70 (one check per player please). |
