The camp is held at a private field on the VA Grounds in Westwood with an 8 to 1 coach/player ratio. Campers are divided by age and ability and follow the general curriculum: Structured Warm up and Cool down; Speed and Agility Training; Technical Skills (Moves, Passing, Receiving, Dribbling, Shooting); 1 v 1, 2 v 2, Small Sided Games; Possession Training; Scrimmage Full Sides to Goals or Small Sided to Goals; Barefoot Soccer; and, Soccer Tennis. |
