If you register a player, and then decide to withdraw for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible. Refund requests must be made in writing to our Registrar and will be issued in accordance with the following guidelines:

  • A $35.00 administrative fee is non-refundable. (This fee covers expenses including our Region's processing fees and AYSO National's player fee.)
  • Requests made on or before July 31 will receive a full refund, less the administrative fee.
  • Requests made on or before August 10 will receive a 50% refund, after deducting the administrative fee, subject to the return of any uniforms that have been distributed to the player.
  • We will not issue any refunds after August 10 except for the exceptions listed below.

EXCEPTIONS: Full refunds, less the processing fee, will be given any time prior to Opening Day in the following circumstances: (a) families which relocate more than 10 miles from our Region; or (b) we are unable, only after completion of the players's division's team assignments, to offer a player a place on a team (in which case the processing fee will not be withheld.) Exceptions from our refund policy for unexpected medical conditions must be accompanied by a note from a treating physician and are subject to the approval of the Regional Commissioner. This policy does not apply to fees for the EXTRA program, which are non-refundable.
